Join HPW for a day of invigoration with like-minded women while we indulge in a day of physical wellness & networking with HPW members and friends. Your entry fee includes refreshments, a Rumble Fitness class PLUS one of the following: learning the art of self-defense or the relaxation of mind, body, and soul that Yoga has to offer.
